Who we are

Trintrin is a delivery app for Lebanon, run from Beirut. It connects customers with shops, drivers and delivery companies.

What we collect

Your phone number, to sign you in with a code. Your name, and your email if you add it.

The addresses and map pins you deliver to or send from, your orders, and what you send: its description, and the recipient’s name and phone if you give them.

For drivers, your location while you are on duty, so customers can follow their delivery and jobs nearby can reach you.

Ratings and comments. Comments are never published.

A notification token for your phone, so we can tell you about your orders.

For merchants, drivers and delivery companies: the documents you upload to be approved (such as a national ID, driving licence, vehicle papers, trade licence or bank details), and your shop’s products, stock, purchases and expenses.

Why we use it

To run deliveries: show prices, pass orders to shops and drivers, and let you follow them. To approve partners and keep everyone safe. To answer you when you contact us. And to keep the records the law asks us to keep.

Who sees it

A shop sees what you ordered and where it goes. Your driver sees where to collect and deliver, and your phone number to reach you.

When you send an item, drivers only see the pin, what it is and the fee until one of them takes it.

Documents are kept private and seen only by the Trintrin team that approves them. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your personal data is erased. Orders stay in our records without your name, because shops need them for their accounts.

Your choices

You can change your details in the app, turn notifications off in your phone’s settings, and delete your account at any time: in the app, Account, then Delete account.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the app.
