Terms of use
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Trintrin, whether you order, sell, drive or run a delivery company. Using the app means you accept them.
Your account
You sign in with your own phone number and keep it to yourself. What is done from your account is your responsibility.
Orders and prices
Prices are set by the shops, in dollars, with the lira amount at the day’s rate shown for guidance. The delivery fee and the total are shown before you confirm. You pay cash at the door.
Sending items
Send only what is legal and safe to carry. Do not send cash, weapons, drugs or anything dangerous. Describe the item honestly: the driver relies on it.
Merchants
Shops are responsible for what they sell: its quality, its price and its availability. A shop can be paused if its documents expire or customers are let down repeatedly.
Drivers and delivery companies
Drivers keep a valid licence, vehicle registration and insurance, and follow the law of the road. Companies are responsible for the drivers they invite.
Ratings and conduct
Be respectful. Ratings are for the delivery, not the person. Accounts that abuse others can be suspended.
Our part
Trintrin connects customers, shops and drivers and works to keep deliveries reliable. We are not liable for losses beyond what the law requires.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will say so in the app. These terms are governed by the law of Lebanon.
